OROOK (in German: Ho-ruck) is an online platform for digitizing and facilitating employment and remote service offerings in the construction industry.

The platform enables direct matching of work opportunities available at top-tier construction, real estate, investor, and engineering companies with engineers and other white-collar professionals (project managers, legal experts, etc.) available for full-time and part-time engagements or remote services.

We launched OROOK in March 2020 and have so far onboarded more than 4,000 industry professionals and 100 companies from the SEE.

Our proprietary algorithm and solution, built on more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, brings highly relevant matches only, helping companies reduce time-to-interview up to 10 times while also lowering the hiring costs significantly.
